Yes, there is a IT policy as you identified under security information.  


I have no problem moving file back onto the phone using USB chord and Windows explorer.   I can also email them back to my phone.   However, they are showing up with extension  .rem on phone just as they are on PC and you can not see them when you try to view the photos.  Just a immage or photo symbom on a black screen on the BB when you try to open or when you see the small icon    I can download the email off my BB device to the "camera folder" and the same.


As you alluded in all your other replies to others you have to get the security encryption turned off it appears.   I suspect that is going to be my downfall to solving.
