Trouble Connecting to World Server Error

Hi. I downloaded BlackBerry App World but when I open it, I get: BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlacBerry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again. What do I do? I am running on Curve 8330 with Verizon v4.5.0.77 (Platform 3.2.0.51) with BES enabled. Thanks.
