Trouble connecting to Blackberry App World server

I recently purchased the "Storm Level Pro" and received a message to go to My World when it was downloding as it was experiencing problems. In My World I was invited to reinstall it but each time I try I get the message:

 

"Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World Server. Verify your network connections and try again"

 

As far as I can tell my connections are fine.

 

Can anyone help me to get hold of this App (it's a spirit level by the way!)

What version of AppWorld do you have installed?

 

Options > Advanced Options > Applications

 

The current version is 1.0.0.30 -- if you are at anything less, update here:

I've check the version of App World and I have the current one : 1.0.0.30

Are you able, via the Storm Web Browser, to browse other stuff on the internet? Otherwise, you might try a fresh install of AppWorld.

Yes, I can browse other sites on the browser - downloaded AppWorld again but I'm still having the same problem and getting the same message
