Trouble using BB App World

Greetings all,


I have spent about 4 hours trying to get help with this already today.


I recently installed BB App World to my 9700.  However when I tried to use it (download and install Dictionary for example) it failed.  It seemed to start downloading and installing but after some time an error message appeared.  The error message is


"There is an issue connecting to BB App World. Please try again."


I also tried to download the app directly to by device but in that instance an error message pops up  as follows.


"BB App World is having trouble connecting to the BB App World server.  Verify your network connections and try again."


The problem is that I know that the device is connected to the internet!!!


please help.

Probably there is a problem with the internet such as low speed transfer rate. Do you use internet from the carrier network or Wi-Fi??
