Trouble with desktop application

I am trying to use the desktop application with a pearl I bought off of eBay. Every time I try to connect the phone the application asks for a key stored password. So I guess my question is where do I find this password and is there a default password like 123456 or 000000?

There is no default password.


Your seller had a password set on the device, and you must use that password to unlock the device. If you enter the incorrect password 10 times, it will wipe the devcie of all pesonal information.

I'm going to agree with JSanders on this. Unless you can contact the seller and get the password your best bet is to wipe the device to restore it to factory settings.
