Trouble with my blackberry

Hi there.

I'm having a lot of trouble with my blackberry. Firstly all of my top button (calling, ending call, home button, return button) are not working. Secondly my screen isn't turning on at all times it just stays black. I'd appreciate any assistance that you could provide me with.

Thank You

Re: Trouble with my blackberry

Hey doaa44,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

I would first suggest creating a backup of your data by using BlackBerry Desktop Software.  (Go to Device>Backup)

Then follow the steps in this KB article and test the performance of the BlackBerry Torch 9800 (especially the screen and front buttons) prior to restoring any data: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
