  • would please clearly post here your exact device model number (9810, 9850, etc)
  • and OS release found at Options > Device > About, third line down in the parenthesis (v7.0.0.xxx, ...)

Hello,

Just a follow up. I tried contacting my provider for support. They recommended a security wipe and when that didn't help a full reinstall of the OS. That didn't have any effect either.

I'm guessing this is a bug that hopefully RIM will fix in the next update.

I have a 9810 and I am not able to edit a group save the changes.  I had to delete it and set it up as new to add the new contacts in my group.  It sounds like a bug.  I also wanted to change the media timeout from 45 min to 10 min to save battery and had the same problem.  Would not save my changes.
