1. Received replacement phone on Friday Nov 30
2. I am unable to sync my Contacts and Calendar - Sync process says I have to turn off wireless sync?
I cannot find the right area within my options area on my cell phone -- to make the recommended change -
Rogers rep was extremely helpful - also unable to locate the area on my cell phone

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.
You should be able to access your wireless synchronization settings in Contacts > Menu > Options and in Calendar > Menu > Options on your BlackBerry Bold smartphone. Please select any contact list or calendar listed on that screen to open the Properties screen and then uncheck the Wireless Synchronization checkbox and save your change.

Many thanks for your response
After 5 days of frustration - although a number of Rogers Tech's were very cooperative - thru elimination Rogers were able to arrive at a conclusion - there is a glitch in the "Menu Key" not working - suppling a repacement unit .
