Turning Wireless Synchronization ON/OFF on a BB9900

Hello,

The synchronization of my BB9900 with my Outlook 2007 on my laptop is going very well with BB Desktop software excepted  for the contacts. Contacts synch is not done.

I got a message saying that my contacts cannot be synchronized because the Wireless Synchronization is ON. Hence, I am invited to turn it OFF.

The help guide gives me some instruction to turn it OFF but it seems to be incompatible with my BB9900.

Has anybody found out how to turn the Wireless Synchronization OFF on a BB9900 ???

Thanks for any help,

Best regards,

Bernard

Re: Turning Wireless Synchronization ON/OFF on a BB9900

Open the Contacts app
Press the Menu button and select options
Just Below the Contact List => will see Desktop
Focus on the Destop and press
you will see wireless synchronization where you can tick or remove the tick

hope it is useful

Hi,

Thank for your advice.

Under the contact list I have no "Desktop" to see

Am I with the right contact list?

Best regards,

Berard

Eversince I upgraded to V7 I have been having problems with synchronization with my contacts. I also followed the instructions above, but can not see DESKTOP under the contact list.
