Hi Jamesneeds112

On your Homescreen Go to Manage Connection > Mobile Network > Be sure that it is Marked to turn ON the radio .

Hello Jamesneeds112

Yes it is , On manage Connction are you unable to see Mobile Network , Wi - Fi , and Bluetooth < On that screen be sure that Mobile Network is Marked .

Or just make a call , if your device radio is off it will prompt you to turn on your Radio or Restore Connections.
