Twitter feed to @blackberryhelp

I sent the following twitter feed to Blackberryhelp on twitter and this is the response I received.

Me "Can a 9320 perform PPTP connections" April-9-2014 2:39P

Blacberryhelp "Hello could you please provide more dtails about? what does PPTP connection mean? ^LS

me "point to point tunneling protocol used with VPN's"

Blackberryhelp "did the situation start after performing any change or update to the device, or it started all of a sudden? ^AG"

This is an stupid response to a simple question that they should of been able to look up. When I search twitter this message doesn't appear suggesting blackberry somehow hid the message.

Any ideas on how a response could be performed on a blackberry using twitter and hidden from a twitter search?

Were you communicating in DM rather public twitter messages. Sounds likely.

Anyway, this is the Curve device forum, not the "gripe about @blackberryhelp" twitter messages.
