I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support and to ensure that you are subscribed to a data plan adequate to enable the services you desire.

Done all of that but Twitter will not start on this 9320. I have even tried it using two separate account - O2 and EE. Both accounts work everything flawlessly - both recieve Tweets but the application will not open so they cannot be read.
The fact that it is receiving tweets means that the account logins are correct. It is the application that is not running.
