I have had a BlackBerry Bold 9560 from Verizon for about two months. I use both a work e-mail addres through my company's BES and a Hotmail account. Last week I was having issues with duplicate Outlook events appearing on my calendar, so our IT manager "wiped" the device which seems to have fixed that problem but has caused another that I need assistance with.
I have set the device so that all notifications come into my Messages folder (including both work and Hotmail e-mails, texts, BB Messenger, missed calls, and voicemail notifications). However, since resetting the device, two former features have disappeared:
First, I used to be able to select whether I wanted to send an e-mail from my "Desktop" (work address) or Hotmail account by clicking "Compose Email" on the menu then scrolling up to above the To: line and toggling between the Desktop (default) and Hotmail. I am now to only be able to send from the Desktop (i.e., there is no way to toggle to Hotmail to send from that account instead). I did try "Inbox Settings" on the Options menu, but can't figure out how to add the Hotmail account there.
The other problem is that for incoming Hotmail messages, when I clicked Delete I used to be able to choose whether I wanted to "Delete from Handheld" or "Delete from Handheld and account" (or something like that. Now if I click Delete on a Hotmail message, it deletes from both the BlackBerry and the Hotmail account, which I don't always want to do.
Any help/advice/suggestions? Thanks!

I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS conduits for the affected email accounts.
