Anyone can tell me if there is a possibility to write emails in japanese language on a BB CURVE 9320? If yes, how?
I recently bought a BB CURVE 9320 and the software, though able to display japanese characters in an email, does not allow to type in japanese language. I checked a lot of device software revisions but the Japanese never shows in the language selection list.
Thanks for help!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Please carefully review this KB:
The ability to use, for the various purposes, different languages on a BB is a function of having the proper OS package installed to the BB. This KB details out the complexities of achieving what you desire. Once you determine, based on all factors, the OS package you require, you would seek it out via this portal:
Before you proceed, please review this thread to be sure you have a good backup so that you can properly restore everything as you proceed:
If a package exists that, per the above KB, should include what you need, then you would install that OS package to your BB. From a PC, you can install any compatible (e.g., for your exact BB Model Number) OS package to a BB via this procedure:
Note that while written for "reload" and the Storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade, or reload any BB device model -- it all depends on the OS package you download and install to your PC. If that OS package is from a carrier other than the carrier for which your BB was originally manufactured, then delete, on your PC, all copies of VENDOR.XML...there will be at least one, and perhaps 2, and they will be located in or similarly to (it changes based on your Windows version) these folders:
Be sure that you remove, from your PC, any other BB device OS packages as having more than one installed to the PC can cause conflicts with this procedure.
Good luck and let us know!

Thank you very much for your advices!
I finally succeed to get typing support for Japanese language on my BB Curve 9320.
I found the right software in the list of a provider in Hong Kong.
For others who can have this issue: it is very important to uninstall the uploader at each trial and take care of deleting all instances of VENDOR.xml when installing a new uploader of the list.
