UNABLE TO CONNECT TO INTERNET

HI HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP MY BLACKBERRY CURVE 8520 NEARLY HEADED FOR THE BIN.  IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET I TRY IT THOUGH THE BB BROWSER OPTION AND WHEN I SELECT GOOGLE IT DOESNT CONNECT.  I HAVE ONLY A COUPLE OF APPS DOWNLOADED AS THESE DONT WORK PROPERLY EITHER ERROR JVM104 COMES ON SCREEN.  IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH BB THIS IS MY SECOND HANDSET IN A YEAR !   

HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP !!

  • Open your Browser and press the Menu key > Options > Cache Operations and CLEAR the cache and history.
  • Then, Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot (yes, do this AGAIN).
  • Now, once rebooted, try the browser again.
