UNABLE TO OPEN EMAIL SETUP APPLICATION

My Carrier is ChinaUnicom. And I have a BIS plan.

I wipe my 9700 today, but when I setup my email account, it shows "unable to open email setup application".

Finally I found the problem may be KB26055

but i don't know where to download the application.

Please help me

Re: UNABLE TO OPEN EMAIL SETUP APPLICATION

Go to mobile.blackberry.com on your blackberry.

Click on Email under communications.

Choose the email you want and click on integrate now.

This should open up your email setup and you can add your email addresses.

Hope this helps.

This worked for me too (after trying to deal with people at ATT who didn't know what they were talking about!)  Thank you!

Re: UNABLE TO OPEN EMAIL SETUP APPLICATION

Even though there is an email setup application, I've found that it seldomly works.  If you call your carrier, they can help you set up your email as well as give you access to their site which allows you to set it up yourself in the future.

I hope that helps you.  Smiley Happy
