UNfrinedly Phone

I have had my Blackberry Torch for four days and have found it to be the most user UNfriendly phone I have ever owned. I am sorry I gave up my "bold" for this piece of junk. The menus are complicated, the screen jumps all over the place (even though I have set the lowest level for trackpad and touch), trying to send a text is the worst...you just can't open the phone and send a text, you need to go to your contacts and oh...make sure you have entered the 10 digit phone number. The QWERTY board is so small, you keep pressing the wrong keys. Opening the phone is a real **bleep** shoot as you never know what screen is going to appear. I really think a bunch of drunks came up with this thing. Save your $$$$$

How could anyone possibly like this thing. I miss my "bold"...
