To all who have posted on this BB9900 upgrade problem i think it is time we all got together and sued RIM for providing a system that is not fit for purpose and then post it on every available website to make sure that they either do something about it or go to the wall - it is their fault as they have obviously NOT done a quality assurance check before issuing it!!!!! Mind you they probably think it is a neat idea to make us buy another phone - well i most certainly will and NOT A BLACKBERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Currently what problem you're having with your BlackBerry ? Have you updated your BlackBerry OTA ?
