UPGRADING OF APPS - ERROR MESSAGE

I keep getting messages to upgrade my apps, including BB App World and Whatsapp.  My whatsapp has now expired completely and is unusable.  However, each I try to do the upgrade, I get an error message - this is what it says.

THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR CURRENT SESSION. PLEASE LOGIN TO CONTINUE. (ERROR ID 30702).

Can anyone help me to find the solution to this problem?

Mine is coming up with the same error code and my whatsapp has expired and became unusable, started of with having error code 40730, now all i keep getting is error code 30702 need a solution PLEASEEEE
