Re: USER ID

I removed my simcard from my phone this morning and when I reinserted it asked me for a pin which I can't remember, I tried to reset it however the pin is sent to the e-mail address I nolonger have access to, when I called my service provider (MTN) they are unable to assist me.

Zibu

Re: USER ID

Zibu ,

If you don't have access to the email that you used for your BlackBerry ID then you're struck , As your Carrier is unable to resolve it for you , now you have a limited option . Have to Change your BlackBerry ID , so first do a backup of your device using Desktop Software then follow this Knowledge Base :

KB26694 : How to change the BlackBerry ID on a BlackBerry PlayBook tablet or BlackBerry smartphone

But please note while doing so you will loose access to any paid apps that you bought from BlackBerry World .
