Try these steps:

 

1) Register HRT

  • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > BBKey (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now

 

2) Resend Service Books:

  • KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service

 

And, have you yet tried what thinkboardinj recommended above? What happens when you do so?

What does it mean when i go on my Ubertwitter and nothing loads and then about 3 mins later it says "Data unvailable" or "network error"

It happens EVERY time.... when  i first got it, it worked for like 2 days then it stopped. help??

I have a 2gb memory card and im on a plan so none of that shud be a problem right?

try to uninstall and reinstall the newer version at http://www.ubertwitter.com

Hi guys,

I have the same problem - no IT policy & Under Services I found this: "peer [BBM_P2P] (3DES)". This device had a corporate email before on a BES server with an IT policy. When I left the company, I wiped the device.

Depending on exactly what you mean by the highlighted statement above, you may or may not have truly removed that IT Policy.
