Unable to Sync

Just updated from Intelli Sync to the current sync program and now I am unable to sync from Phone and Outlook.  Made all the adjustments, but still does not sync.  Uninstalled\reinstalled blackberry desktop software...still does not sync.  HELP,  Lynda
