Unable to Sync

I have a Storm 9550 that is a few years old. I have always been able to Sync my organizer, calendar, e-mail, etc. I lost this function last week and can not figure out why--I did have a minor PC crash that is now fixed except for the Sync function--any ideas? Joe

Can you please provide more information on the issue you are having synchronizing your BlackBerry® Storm2™ 9550 smartphone? What error message are you receiving? Are you unable to synchronize all organizers or only one?
