Help me out to resolve this issue.
While I open Device -> BlackBerry ID Account, I got the message "Unable to Update your BlackBerry ID account information."
I have even completed the hard restart by removing batteries. But still getting same error.
My mails are working. BBM is working.
But, My Apps World, BlackBerry ID Account, Protect is not working on device. but able to access from the site.

I have tried all the suggestion. Sill not getting the solution. Same problem.
Its big bug of BlackBerry. Too many posting to get resolution on websites. No perfect solution is available on the site.
KB28212 its Jugar only, by luck you may get the solution. Do BlackBerry (RIM) have any perfect/exact solution?

Today, I got the solution. Its now working.
Go to BlackBerry Protect -> Stop BlackBerry Protect
As well as I click this, BlackBerry ID screen appears to confirm password. I put the password and proceed to next.
Finally Started the BlackBerry Protect. Amaging its starts working.
I checked the Device -> BlackBerry ID : this is also working.
Somehow I got the solution.

My BlackBerry App World is not hworking,when I try to open it...it says "The software upgrade was interrupted.Please try again." So people please help me#in need of help
Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
Please try this sequence:
1) Remove AppWorld from your BB
2) Do a Batt-Pull reboot (power on, remove battery, wait, insert battery, wait), even if redundant to the one you did in step 1.
3) Install (on your BB) a fresh copy of AppWorld
4) Do another Batt-Pull reboot
5) See if it now works.
