Unable to access BlackBerry BetaZone

I'm not sure if this is where I need to post this, but I've tried contacting the support email and had no luck.
I've had multiple BBIDs and ended up shuffling their email addresses around (due to email changes) around 6 months ago. Next time I tried logging into Beta Zone I received the following error message: " An account with the specified email already exists and is linked to another BlackBerry ID". I tried contacting the betazone support email a few times but have never received a response.

I've tried using the BBID link page on BetaZone but I get a similar error.

I'd really like to be able to access BetaZone again... Can anyone help me fix this?
