Bought app and can not activate it. I have followed instructions and keep getting an error message from them "unable to connect".
I have emailed their support several times but they have not responded.
Purchased with CC via BB appworld.
How do I get a refund?
Also, I have done a quick search and subsequently discovered that there are similar complaints about this company back in 2011.

Rogers will help you with either getting it connected (assuming it's something on your phone that's preventing the app from connecting) or refunding your money.

Hi and thanks for the reply.
I am on the phone with Rogers and they are saying to contact BB.
Who or what department should I be talking to at Rogers?

They are claiming an internal error where they can not verify my order.
I can connect to their site. So it is not a device issue as such.
I think that they are scamming me and am truly frustrated with this and my BB experience is rapidly detiorating.

So just got off the phone with Rogers and they claim that it is not them that should be doing the refund but BB.
A little persistence from me and the fact that I give them a lot of money every month and they have given me a refund.
But they still claim that I should be getting it from BB.
Is the refund policy posted anywhere?
