I downloaded the Blackberry Bridge but have been unable to scan anything. All appears to have downloaded and icons shown are games/apps/themes and my world. I have searched all for the button to scan without success.
Under my world just shows what I have downloaded. Help please.

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.5.0.x.xxx"?
Or does it say "v.4.6.x.xxx"?
What is yours?

Hello, my phone is v18.104.22.1681(platform) 22.214.171.124).
I did manage the scan but couldn't complete the bridge perhaps because I couldn't select my wireless carrier. It is Virgin Media .com in the UK, other than that I think I am nearly there. I'm getting old but enjoy the computor until I hit a glitch, then can't walk away from the bleeping thing.

I have searched the forum on Virgin and found this:

Are the two not compatible? I'll be a bit upset if that is the case and if so is there any way around it?
