Unable to call or text

I can't receive or make calls and texts,but I do have network and my B.I.S is working properly.I know it's my device's problem and not my sim card's,if I could get help,it would be my pleasure,because I did everthing I could and nothing seem to change.

Hello,

As this is a voice-level service issue, I recommend you talk to your mobile service provider. After all, it's their network with which your BB is unable to properly communicate. It is odd that BIS works...are you sure that's not working via WiFi only and not working via carrier data network?
