I've went through every help channel/website I can think of. I've tried so many things, I'm waiving the white flag.
BB Bold 9900. BBM stopped working yesterday morning. Was able to send messages and they received, but was unable to receive their replies. They are showing me as a contact, while I am showing "pending authorization" but they were the ones that sent me the request. I tried even flipping the contact request. That didn't work either.
I tried to delete BBM application, wouldn't let me. It isn't showing in the applications, yet it is showing it is set up.
I logged onto computer to verify BBID, everything looks good, yet BB won't let me go any further than receiving the "Unable to connect w/ Blackberry ID."
All contacts are all part of the same network.
I downloaded the new software, to no avail.
I'm at a loss...please help.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
There was a major BB outage yesterday, affecting multiple carriers and regions. I've no idea if you were affected, but if you were, then it may take some time to restore services for everyone.
Nevertheless, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

Okay, that doesn't work...I'm getting the same messaging system. "Unable to connect w/ BlackBerry ID" I can't log in to get the service books, if I can't get past this point.
