I have a user who is unable to delete certain emails from her Blackberry inbox. The emails in question are about 4-6 months old and they appear open when you view the inbox. I thought this would be a simple case of just resending the CMIME service book (as I have done in the past) but in this case i am NOT getting the "More could not be completed" error message when i try to delete the emails in question. In fact when i try to delete them there is no message at all, they just remain open in the inbox.
This has lead me to think that it might not be an issure releated to corrupt service books. At this point I don't know what could be causing this problem. User has made a backup of the device, but I am loathe to ask her to perform a security wipe as she works remotely and I want to be able to perform that if it's needed.

Thanks for the quick reply. That sounds like it would work. Where do I find the "Delete Prior" option? I'm pretty sure I haven't seen it on the users balckbeery device before. Could you tell me where to find it please?

In the messages folder list > scroll to any date bar separator > Menu > Delete All Prior.

Thank you both for the quick reply to my thread. Have tried the delete prior option but is hasn't worked. Will investigate further, but not sure what to look for.
