My BlackBerry is asking for my BlackBerry ID and Password when trying to use the BlackBerry App World application. I've tried combinations of my email address, employee t-number, enterprise login ID, and BlackBerry Unlock passwords and I'm still not able to obtain access to the BlackBerry App World application.
Also, when I try entering the different combinations listed above and clicking on Forgot Password, I receive the following error message: "Your request cannot be completed. Enter a valid BlackBerry ID username."

Thanks for posting. Having the excat same issue several last times trying to get in to get stats on downloads. NOne of my attempts at support have resulted in assistance yet. Looking forward to hopefully getting a reply on this!

Your BBID credentials should have been created by you...hence, only you can know what they are. If, for some reason, you don't know what they are, then please see this "sticky" post for helpful information concerning your BBID situation:
