Unable to download app to new device

I purchased "Relaxing Sounds" from the App World. My Storm crashed on me so I purchased a Bold. I have been trying for days and days to "Reinstall" and it won't let me. Keeps saying something about the blackberry network. But yet, I reinstalled three other apps and it worked fine. I contacted Javatek who made it and they said I have to go through you since I purchased from the App World. Can you help? I was able to redownload it from javateks website but now the registration code wont work since its from my old Storm. I would appreciate anything you can do. Thank you, Todd
