Have you updated AppWorld itself? Try getting AppWorld again and see if what it attempts to install is an update...I know that they updated a week or so ago (to 220.127.116.11), but I haven't checked in a few days. BTW -- as far as I can tell, you can't "see" if there is an AppWorld update...you simply must attempt a new install and it'll tell you if you are installing something newer than what you already have installed.
