i keep getting the above error message and unable to update anything on my blackberry bold 9900.
I have reset the password so many times and still unable to log in.
I am unable to get any emails on my gmail account which is linked to my blackberry and i cannot update emails since I'm unable to log in.
very frustrating, please help.
Verify Blackberry ID
This application requires you to verity your Blackberry ID to continue.
When I type in my ID and Password it comes up with this message
Unable to log in to your blackberry ID account.
But when I log into my account online ID and Password works...
