Unable to login to my blackberry ID account

I've typed in the correct username and password but it still says im unable to log in. Now I can't change my email settings and update the apps. Don't know what to do... Smiley Sad

I've tried resetting the ID password and even the ID. It says on the website that I've sucessfully changed the password and I can log in via my computer, but when I tried it on my blackberry it still says unable to log in! Smiley Sad

Sorry to barge in. I just registered and I don't know how to post a message. I have the same problem as you.

 

I can log into BB App world using my desktop but unable to do so via my device. Hence, unable to update any Apps.

Just found this, I am gonna try to security wipe my phone now and see if it helps...

I've used all the correct Usernames, passwords but nothing. I think there is a bug with OS7 as I am not the only few having this problem. I'm trying not going to do a Date Wipe just yet. Will be looking at the forums for answers. Thanks for the reply though. Hopefully RIM can address this problem.
