So basically i brought a new blackberry bold 9900 today and im trying to set up my email account and everytime i now try to set it up the message " Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account" appears and it also says when i attempt to update blackberry app world. Could someone please help me!!

back up your device contacts & data first before trying this out.
try updating to the current OS which is found in the link below:
the process takes about 45 minutes to about an hour to complete the installation & to reboot.
its worked for me!
