Hello, please help me, I am unable to logon to my bb id on my phone yet i can on my desktop with the same ID and password and it ended up locking my phone, to retry after 15 minutes, I have tried changing the password and all but no luck, please help.

If we enter too many wrong password for our BlackBerry ID then it will lock us out , and then we have to reset the password
KB24157 : BlackBerry ID lockout behavior
Can you try to reset the password again!
If issue or error persists then follow this Knowledge Base :
KB28212 : "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" error occurs on a BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 7
So, try it and let us know if you feel any problem.
