I am getting an "Unable to look up the user info in database" error along with the "red X" when I try to send an email. (I can however reply to email.) I have followed the directions in KB03414 to no avail. I have deleted and resent the service book twice and deleted and reentered my account in the BIS. I also tried taking out the battery
I am about to wipe the device (it is a new 7250), but i was wondering if anyone could help before i took that step.
