You should call your Carrier Vodafone and check you account , It is our Carrier through which we enjoy those Proprietary BlackBerry Services. So please give a call to your Carrier .

Sorry I don't have it , But don't you have any previous bill from your Carrier , search it you'll find the number within there .

If your Carrier Vodafone offer BlackBerry Service on PAYG account , then you should give them a call to know your account balance .

Hi there ,
As all of our data route through our Carrier Server , we cannot do much if the problem is within our Carrier side .I hope and wish your problem will soon be resolved .

Sorry for the trouble but those pricing are determined by our Carrier , if currently it is not allowing you then I think you should again call your Carrier to confirm it .
