Unable to purchase

I'm unable to purchase from blackberry appworld for some reason. When I click to purchase it asks me to log in. Once retrieving information I confirm the amount being paid by selecting to purchase but then gives me an error.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB28192 "(ErrorId: 11000)" occurs when attempting to purchase applications from App World or change payment information

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.

Okay I have no clue as to how to rectify this problem.I'm banking with Postbank. I'm not going to bother myself with this no longer. It would however have been so much easier if purchases were billed from the airtime. Thanks for the reply much appreciated.
