Sir with dew respect please get your concept on service book clear.
Service book is used to get resgitered on the network so that you are able to get connected to inertnet using BB wireless not wifi. If all things are going good, You have the mails, get resgitered then why are you asking for service book. Sir service book is now ok on your BB and you got emails. Thats means you are connected to your carrier without having any problem.
With resepct there is no need for service books for you right now.

If all things other then Service book goes well then i there nothing left to search for. I presonly think that you should meet them face to face then ask them that all things are going well then whats the issue. Why i cann't get the service book. BEcause they have the admin site from where the service book is delivered to customer sorry for that i dont have it. If i have then you dont have to post 20 messages on this forum. But after all from now on its totaly on them that there is nothing left to check or troublshoot.

@kanader78, on your 9700, please look at the Manage Connections screen, and then click on the Services Status screen.
On the second line down is "BlackBerry Internet Service Connection:" What is the status next to that?
Please try a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
Even if you have already tried this, please try again.

Had the same problem on my 9780 Bold-3 Mid last week. Did all the things you have done & finally took it to BlackBerry Service Centre. They again re-installed OS 6 and used another SIM with valid BIS account BUT no service books, or could setup email.
Finally, BlackBerry replaced the Handset.
Please carry out the same.
