Unable to register my 8707v on Orange Network

Hello,

 

It's impossible to register my 8707v on Orange Network. A message appears : "your terminal is already registered on another provider".

I bought this BB as used and it comes from SFR network. I tried to call SFR but they are unable to do something.

 

Please could you help me ?

There are two ways of doing it -

 

1) Contact previous owner ask for the BIS user name and password which he/she used to login to email setting (apps on ur HH) or carrier BIS site.

 

2) As the previous owner was on the Vodafone you should contact Vodafone. They need to be clear on the legality of your possession from the previous owner. If you can prove that then they should remove the account from BIS admin site.

 

This should solve your problem.

but I'm in a full blackout :

 

1/ Impossible to contact previous owner because I don't know him = I bought BB thru a resealler for used model.

 

2/ Vodafone in France (SFR) didn't answer me because I'm unable to give them previous phone number and all in France is managed by phone numer. If no phone number from provider, no answer.

 

 

Do you have another way ?
