Unable to send BBM to one person in contact list

Experts.

Facing a strange problem since last two days.

 

I am unable to send BBMs to my Wife ( residing in India, I am in Saudi Arabia ) .

 

They are able to send messages to every one even me. but I cant.

 

I composed a PIN to her  and it works. I am able to send BBMs to other friends in US / India but not to Family.

 

I have tried calling my service provide : Mobily and per them every thing is fine.

 

Any Suggestions.

 

Please treat this as urgent.

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear about your issue. 

 

I would suggest you contact your mobile network provider and ask this issue be escalated to BlackBerry for investigation.

HI,

Thanks for the reply.

I have tried every thing even contacted service provider: They have a pretext 'Global issue'. My Service provider is Mobily. They have also confirmed that they cannot escalate thematter to Blackberry. this was the very reason I , myself approached 'Forums'.

I have done secirity wipe and still problwm exists.

 

Please suggest some thing
