Hello, we have 1 BB Curve that is unable to send attachments, all other BB's on our BES are able to do so except this one. I have changed the IT Security profile to wide open, we have resent the servicebook ect.. and still unable to send
He can send just a regular email without a attachment. when sending it shows a blue circle and after about 2-4 minutes it comes up with a red X
Any ideas, we are about to reload this BB out of fustration

Were you able to find resolution. I have a new 8330 and am having a heck of a time opening, re-opening, and forwarding emails with attachement - unable to get an answer from anyone at this point

I have attachéd a document, I believe your solution lies in options 1 or 2.
Please let me know if you need any other info.
Also, please let us know the resolutions so we can add it to the database.

You problem while similar could be quite different,

I went through your suggestions and unfortunately can't put the service book back on my phone and have to wait until I have my IT do it tomorrow -

I had not directed any solutions to you, as I thought wou would open your own thread.
We would have found out then that yuou were BES and couldn't resend your own books.
Sorry if you thought I was making suggestions to you.
