Unable to set up Internet Mail Account



I have purchased a new Balckberry Curve 9320 model. I have checked the following link in youtube about how to setup internet mail account. The link is given below.




But this option is not available in my Blackberry handset, please help me in this regard.

Hi debajava,

Welcome to the Blackberry Forums!!

You first have to ensure that you have purchased the BIS(Blackberry Internet Plan) from your service provider.

Then when you have purchased the plan from your service provider you have to go to HRT(Host routing Table) and register your device.

After that you will have go to your service provider's website. For eg . for airtel it is http://airtel.blackberry.com

Then after that you will be able to configure your account on your blackberry.

Have you Activated BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS on your account from your Carrier ,you need that to set up Internet Mail Account on your BlackBerry Curve 9320.
