I get a message "You have selected an invalid address"
I've been into options - BlackberryID ; and the screen name is what I'm using as the requested "sign in name" and the username is what i'm using as the "user name". I've also reset the password.
This all happened when I was tempted into an upgrade version of BBM.
Any advise out there?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
First -- with a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
See if things go back to normal.
If not, then refer to these KBs:
Otherwise, please provide the exact and complete error message, along with the exact step in your process that it presents. Searching the KBs, I find nothing based on what you provided.
