Unable to take Backup

Hi,

 

I am trying to back up the data on my Bold and this happens. It starts and proceeds normally, until it reaches Browser Data Cache, then it gives an error "Error backing up database(s)". 

 

Can anyone help, as I am trying to back it up so I can upgrade to the latest firmware. 

 

Your help and advise is much appreciated.

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

 

Open the browser, Options > Cache Operations > Clear the History, and the Content and Pushed Content. 

 

Try the backup again, if nothing else, go back and clear the cookies also.
