I have a new blackberry bold 9900 and there is a 3G internet connection on my SIM card. I used to access the internet on another apparatus. After starting to use the blackberry, I cannot access internet on my blackberry. I have configured the correct access point of my ISP, but still I get a reply of "Browsing over the mobile internet is not included as part of your current service plan. To browse the web, you must use Wi-Fi or contact your service provider to change your service plan".
When I remove the SIM card fro the black berry and use it in another device, I can access internet. please help me guys as I am unable to use internet on my blackberry

Welcome to the forums.
I would suggest you contact your wireless service provider to ensure you have the correct BlackBerry® services enabled on your account to use the web browser. Sounds like you may have data on your SIM card but not BlackBerry data.

Thank you for your suggestion, a friend of mine has checked my phone and found that it is locked for other services and needs to be unloacked in order to access the internet on my blackberry, now the problem is we could not be able to get the unlock code for blackberry 9900 bold, would you please let me know if there is a possibility of getting the unlock code for my phone ( default unlock code)? looking forward to hear from you
