Hi there, please help. Been using my BBID and password for quite some time, but recently I got this msg: "Unable to validate the email address and password combination" from BB World when I am downloading Apps. I've deleted the old BBID and created a new one with new password, yet it's still the same. my carrier don't know how to fix it. PLS HELP!
---- AND NOW my account was BLOCKED for logging too many times because BB world cannot validate my ID and pass. This is so frustrating. What happened??
