Unblocking my Blackberry Torch

Hi,

I called my network (Orange) 17 days ago & paid £20 to have my handset unblocked as I now live in Turkey & need to use a Turkish sim in my handset.

I was told I would be sent the unblocking code within 5 working days via email, However, I have still NOT received the code so am therefore still unable to use my phone.

Can you please advise as to why I have not been sent the code yet?

Thanks

Alexis

RIM/BlackBerry is not affiliated with Orange, nor does RIM provide unlock codes.

You need to call Orange. This forum is not affiliated with Orange.

Re: Unblocking my Blackberry Torch

lol, you didn't say that.

Anyway, RIM doesn't provide the codes. Orange is just being slow.

If you want to use another vendor to unlock your BlackBerry for use on a

carrier other than the one to which it is branded, check out BlackBerry
Unlocks

I've used them many times, they are reputable and quick.

and read this link for instructions.

Put the Torch 9800 and the name of the vendor which is branded on the device... is that Orange?
